If you are not feeling well and believe it could be COVID-19, we ask that you call the office to reschedule your appointment and go get tested immediately. We currently do not offer testing, but if you need guidance on where you can go, let our staff know when you call in.
In order to protect yourself from the latest variant, we stress that you should continue to wash your hands or sanitize, keep your distance and to continue to wear masks in indoor settings or crowded spaces, even if you are vaccinated.
We also require patients attending in-person visits to wear masks inside our offices and during your visit.

- Fever or chills
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Muscle or body aches
- New loss of taste or smell
- Sore throat
- Congestion or runny nose
- Nausea or vomiting
